We are not an investment fund. We do not underwrite transactions, hold or manage client assets, or raise capital into a pooled vehicle. Our value is in sourcing, qualifying, and making the right introduction — then supporting the parties where our involvement is useful.
This distinction matters. It means our interests are aligned with the integrity of the introduction, not with deploying a fund of our own. The transaction itself is undertaken directly between the opportunity sponsor and the capital partner, on terms they negotiate together.
