Commanding Capital was founded on a simple conviction: that credible, well-structured private credit and structured financing opportunities deserve access to patient, long-term capital — and that the right introduction, made well, is its own discipline.
We are an origination firm, not an investment fund. We do not underwrite, hold, or manage client assets, and we do not raise a pooled vehicle of our own. Our work begins with a network of attorneys, advisors, brokers, and corporate executives who bring us live transactions, and ends with a qualified opportunity connected to the capital partner best suited to it.
Because we are not deploying our own balance sheet, our incentives are aligned with the quality of the introduction — not with the volume of capital placed. The transaction itself is undertaken directly between the opportunity sponsor and the capital partner, on terms they negotiate together.
